  2. This was discussed yesrs ago. Constitutional experts said this applied to babies of salves. Now applying to illegals. That is unconstitutional. Our forefathers had no knowledge of years later illegals would sneak in to give birth. To have an offspring be a citizen , & get the perts real USA citizens have. This needs to removed. No other country has a ruling like this. Only legalized parents can have a baby who naturally is an American. Too many illegals come here to give birth. It costs true citizens $$$$ caring for them. Money our families can use.
