Russia sided with colonial/imperial Ethiopia against our legitimate liberation struggle to free me and and my family in 1977 in (Ogaden war) but so everyone else. USSR, LIBYA, SOUTH YEMEN CUBA and the west agreed and actively participated to keep us in colonization and oppression and to this day we are suffering. Major ethnic groups of Ethiopia are Somali, afar, Oromo, Amhara, Benushangul-Gumuz, sidama and no one ethnic group had anything to do with one another before the colonial powers forced them together and to this day people have nothing to do with one another. For our case the British brought us under Ethiopia (on paper) September 26 1954 we launched major offensive to get rid of the Abyssinian wanna be colonizers in 1964 and then in 1977 when the entire world worked against us.

@AirWolfAT6 Italy along British and France actually founded Ethiopia in 1896 that's why they subsidized Ethiopia by giving it a seat and share in scrambled for Africa in Berlin conference that's why it was the only African country who was invited and got a share from the theft.

@nightnyungwe5945 yes that’s the problem the fake borders of Africa today are not the real borders there were real borders before that each ethnic group/nation knew where their borders ended and where other people’s began. The colonizers draw fake borders for Africans but it doesn’t mean people accepted and adjusted to it for example I’m Somali under Ethiopian occupation the western colonizers draw the line right in the center of Somali inhabited land so both sides of the border belongs to the very same group. The local people don’t recognize the fake borders and either side see the recognize the others right to cross it unhindered. 1/3 of Ethiopian so called map is Somali territory so to go to the fake border one needs to travel nights and days from the real borders.

People continue to suffer and die by the millions because of the fake and unrealistic borders!
