When he was running for WHO a lot of Ethiopians protested and campaigned against his selection but it was apparent he was selected for the terrible Job and the crimes he did in Ethiopia. The cholera outbreak he and his gangs covered up killed tens of thousands of people and mind you they persecuted and killed anyone who spoke against their crimes and lies.
