  1. Was he a peaceful man or did he know there was a balance of power in the world at that time and couldn’t carry aggression all around the world because the Soviets would check him. I grantee if he lived today where there’s no one to check US military adventurism he would have done the exact same thing or worse. Even this speech is passive aggressive laying blame on others in order to justify his future military actions.
