@ypmm53 remember the this alladged victims didn't know until he told her what if the lady above was taken advantage of her the two times he blacked out but was never told afterwards like this cop alladgedly did? Plus why would the cop take a picture of their sex with HER phone and not with his? This sounds a set up to me,and after SIX years?!? I think the cop is the actual victim in this!

@truthhurts...6574 I'm not advocating against one or for the other but why is a drunk person can't consent to sex because s/he is drunk but DUI is charged the same person once s/he start driving? Why CANT the same logic apply to the drunk driving?

@BaDazai you said a lot but you said nothing sensible at all. You said “the drunk people are not responsible for crimes committed against them” are you saying sober people are responsible for crimes committed against them? And in your argument can you not disregard ALL intoxicants and still same scenarios would remain? And at the end you a drunk criminal made a CONSCIOUS decision when he start driving then the question becomes why the same drunk person can’t make a CONSCIOUS decision for sex? The question is can a drunk person make a “CONSCIOUS” decision or not because we are told both s/he can and can’t at the same time. I’m not advocating for any of these But how can someone who isn’t capable enough to consent to sex because s/he is drunk capable/conscious enough to be responsible for murder? A drunk person should be a responsible person at ALL times or should be irresponsible person at ALL times.

@BaDazai for me the issue is much confusing for me than it is for you apparently. Understand rape is rape wether drunk or sober my goal is to understand what the role, the responsibility or irresponsibility of the drunk I would understand if you said the drunk is responsible for ALL his/her actions or isn’t responsible for ALL his/her actions. Let me ask this one what if two drunks have sex and when they sober up one claims “you rape me because I was drunk therefore you rape me!” And the other claims “I was drunk and didn’t know what the f… I was doing!” Whose right and who’s wrong and why one is wrong and the other one is right? I 💯 know this happens hundreds of times during the weekends. By the way I never drunk, I’m always sober except when I’m in deep sleep.

@joannequina5958 I think most law enforcements don't know the law themselves. One day many years ago (it was EXTREMELY stupid on my part) I was going to sign a lease for an apartment the landlord asked me to bring $1,200 as a deposit and brought the money in cash and I went a soccer field near my house met people who were playing soccer. I took my pants off to play with people who were playing there already in the middle of the pick up game a girl approached me with my driver's license and told me some kid took my money from my pockets and the license was dropped on the field. She showed me who the kid was I called the law enforcement he got the kids chased him and got the cash and HE SPENT NEXT 3 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH HIS LAW ENFORCEMENT LAWYER asking and figuring out if he could arrest the kid.
