So, when do you think life starts, when the heart beat starts, when the child can feel pain, when the baby responds to voices, music, light, tactile senses, when he is "viable", when she sucks her thumb, when his brain is developed ... when? I guess the FORMER gov of VA thought the baby was a person when the parents decided they "wanted" her. I think libs just want to play god with the lives of babies in a culture of death.
