  1. agreed. however, could you imagine the interest payments on some of the sovereign debt as interest rates rise every 50 bps... refinancing ? how is this going to be possible ? people are gong to be displaced from their homes here in the US as adj rate mortgages, "adjust". Credit card payment minimums are gong to go through the roof. People are going to default on CC's ... It's already a problem here in the US with car payments and car loan defaults. It can really go bad really fast ... Here in the US, some are saying that mortgage defaults could get out of hand very rapidly. Definitely a fine line...
