  1. The rate of inflation is decreasing! WE HAVE NOT HAD DEFLATION! THE PRICES HAVE ALREADY RISEN AND ARE STILL RISING, only at a slower rate! IT is NOT getting better, IT IS STILL getting WORSE !

  4. @skwirl8654  you're right. However, we had significant inflation in a very short time. Salaries have not kept up commensurately. Middle income people don't have the assets that have appreciated, like upper income people. Now, home prices begin to appreciate more slowly and gradually decline in price, Bidenomics will really cause a severe issue with a greater portion of the population if we do not get some slow deflation. If an "anomaly " occurs where one of those pesky, unnecessarily includible factors like food and/or energy rise again at a higher than normal rate, given our current situation with CC debt and unemployment or underemployment, there will be a sharp decrease in overall demand and then there will be major deflation. IMO
