  2. Sorry, you are making SO MANY ASSUMPTIONS !!! I am NOT defending ANYONE who evades a fare or violates citizens pursuit of happiness. Justice shouldnt begin by unaliving a person who evaded a fare of $3

  3.  @joshuamaxam5086  NO !!! I am NOT suggesting to do that, honestly!! The man/ perp should BE BROUGHT to justice for bringing a weapon on the subway, endangering other people, twenty or so priors and possibly unanswered priors and not listening and following the lawful commands of a NYPD officer and threatening an NYPD Police Officer. The perp is / was more than likely guilty of everything AND THEN SOME. I just don't believe that shooting and unaliving him was the proper punishment. I am probably wrong and getting soft as I have aged. ( MIND you I probably would do WHATEVER is necessary to protect my family. ) I just have a difficult time, believing that unaliving someone is the only alternative when it came to the Police Officer pursuing the perp for evading a $3 fare. I must say, I am not a law enforcement officer, I have never been involved in a confrontation such as what the NYPD officers experienced. I am only explaining from a Monday morning QB point of view.
