Now, home prices begin to appreciate more slowly and gradually decline in price, Bidenomics will really cause a severe issue with a greater portion of the population if we do not get some slow deflation. If an "anomaly " occurs where one of those pesky, unnecessarily includible factors like food and/or energy rise again at a higher than normal rate, given our current situation with CC debt and unemployment or underemployment, there will be a sharp decrease in overall demand and then there will be major deflation.
