And they protect their country from foreign aggression and do not commit any terrorist attacks. On what grounds are you trying to call regular army soldiers who are defending their homeland "terrorists"? In this case, Russian soldiers can be called terrorists, because they commit acts of terror - they shoot hospitals, residential buildings, food warehouses.

In the east of Ukraine, as in all other regions of Ukraine, except for Crimea, the absolute majority of the population is Ukrainians. In 2014, the Russian Federation tried to seize Ukraine, but they managed to occupy only Crimea and part of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, where the Russian occupiers created their puppet regimes. And yes, in the occupied territories in Donetsk, the Russian invaders really created a concentration camp "Izolyaciya" in which they tortured local residents.
