War criminals united?

May's deal is a betrayal of the country. It contains the backstop trap, set by the EU, to keep the UK in the EU customs union. If ratified, it will turn the UK into a vassal state and allow the RoI to rule NI without having to pay for it, the bill remain with the UK tax payer. It is the very worst option, a very bad deal worse than no deal. It would be better to withdraw the article 50 application and attempt to destroy the EU from the inside. A second referendum will set the precedent for a third at a later date, for a brexit when the UK is better prepared to leave. If forced to remain in the EU, the UK must prepare to leave by making itself more self sufficient. We must elect the most Eurosceptic government and send Eurosceptic MEPs to the EU parliament. Inside the EU, the UK can put a stop to EU superstate ambitions and prevent the formation of the dangerous EU military.

Hungary is to be disciplined like a naughty school child. It is going to be forbidden from speaking and maybe have its pocket money taken away. Of course the rule of law does not apply to the eurocrats, they can break the rules without risk of consequences.
11
There are many very entrepreneurial, Hi-Tech, well educated Chinese in Hong Kong. If they move to the uk it will provide a boost for the UK economy. ( provide we can manage to exclude those involved in criminal activity, and I am not talking about opposition to the tyrannical Chinese government. )
11
Why is there never a discussion about Israel's secret nuclear program or its hidden nuclear weapons facilities.
11
EU wishful thinking.
11
With luck it is predominantly the remain voters who are leaving, reducing the need to build houses in the UK.

@Adolf Shitler it is very true that Germany has the darkest history of all the nations in Europe and has good reason to be ashamed, but every colonial nation which had an Empire, including Britain have dark areas in their past of which they cannot be proud. It is Germany's misfortune that it's darkest period is also the most recent, where as Britain's occurred centuries ago, the worst arguably being its part in the slave trade. So be careful when casting stones.
11
This is disgusting and shames the icelandic population. Killing these intelligent animals is barbaric and should have been consigned to the history books a century ago.
11
When Poland joined the EU, did they really think it was about trade? They abdicated their moral responsibilities and placed them in he hands of the EU. From now on they are slaves to the eurocrats who will tell them how to think and what to think.
11
The taking away the microphone is not the story, it is the failure of the president to answer the questions. A more quick witted president would have been able to handle the situation, putting the reporter in his place, but trump walks away and leaves to a female aid to protect him.
11
If the west wants to do something about Chinese expansionism, it must stop feeding the beast by stopping Chinese imports.
11
What is concerning is that these high temperatures may indicate the planet has reached a tipping point, where positive feedback leads to a runaway greenhouse effect, as might result from the freeing of methane and other greenhouse gasses from the deep Ocean hydrate ice or from me!ting permafrost. Once on the slippery slope of positive feedback, there will be little humans can do to stop the planet switching to a new stable state. A state that is unlikely to be good for human or any other life on this planet.

Mrs May is hoping to panic MPs into voting for her deal on the basis that anything is better than nothing, that may be why UK preparations for a no deal brexit are so poor, it was never the intention that they be used. Mrs May has crossed all her red lines and forgotten she said no deal is better than a bad deal and nothing is agreed until all is agreed. The whole basis of her strategy is that of jam tomorrow for short term pain. But the period of pain can be made indefinite by the EU, since we have no unilateral exit. The EU have a 600 plus page document that meets their demands, written in legally binding language and we have a six page document of platitudes and promises of a future trade relationship between the EU and UK. For this we pay £39 billion and continue to pay fees every March for the privilege of giving away our sovereignty. This is a very bad deal.

Looks as if Putin is having a midlife crisis.
11
WWIII anyone?
11
Poland needs to ignore the EU.
11
Putin's action has had the opposite result to that intended.
11
Brexit will see EU fishing boats excluded from UK waters.

Did China apologise for destroying the world economy with the covid virus? I doubt it. Given time, China will turn the EU into the first vassal super state. If the world wants to avoid being subservient to China, it must stop feeding the beast with trade cash. The Chinese know the way to win is to make the world dependent on products made in China. Wars are wasteful, far better to Conquer using economic power, with military power being reserved as the last resort.
10
The US running a massive trade deficit and can no longer afford to buy all its consumables from China. Tariffs are a crude way to stop the US economy spiralling into more debt. The application of tariffs alone will not solve the problem, US manufactures must take advantage of the higher prices of Chinese products to increase production of their own. The world is heading for a a new protectionist era simply because the the flow of money has become so mono directional. Many western countries have become decadent nations of consumers, producing very little of their needs. A situation that cannot be sustained indefinitely. What did the producer nations expect would happen? Where did they think the consumer nations would obtain more money? It is difficult not to notice the similarity to the relationship between a drug dealer and the drug addict. The producers manufacture lots of shiny junk consumables which they push onto nations who exist only to import this rubbish, having lost the ability to support themselves. Looked at this way, the unhealthy nature of world trade, as it exists today, is obvious.

It is important that this groping embrace nationalism spelt with a small "n". By that I mean an anti globalist position. This grouping will fail if it's enemies can identify them with far right nazi fascism. This is ironic since it is the EU that cloaks it's fascism with socialist ideals. N the case of the EU, don't listen to its propaganda, watch what it is doing. The EU undemocratic federal super state project advances imperceptibly slowly using stealth to hide its real agenda.
10
These are volunteer people traffickers.
10
Why, has Putin been assassinated?
10
Not a good idea to be a dissident in Russia, as you may disappear, be assassinated or die in mysterious circumstances. Russia criminals and oligarch supporters of Putin may find the UK an unpleasant place to live and not the best place to stash you wealth.
10
It is trying to defend the indefensible. The deforestation of the Amazon is driven by corruption. The Amazonian government should not expect international help when it is hit by the effects of global warming. Let it take money from the companies that are currently exploiting the Amazon for profit.
10
Uk MPs are being asked to vote on an issue without access to the full facts. Mrs May is effectively telling parliament to trust her, only a fool would do so. If the government will not publish the full advice, they must adopt the precautionary principle, and assume the deal will give the worst result. In which case they must vote to reject it.
10
Germans better learn how to say yes sir in Russian. Those in the east just need to remember how.
10
Hopefully they will express their anger in the EU elections.
10
Why do these rules not apply to Juncker and the selection of his successor, it seems there is one rule for the eu member states and another for the eurocrates that run it. If Hungary is not allowed to vote, why should they pay the membership fee.
10
Now the authoritie's sins are documented in bronze.
10
Diversity is exemplified by the independence and sovereignty of the nation states. The EU wants to create a monoculture which is good for business. Bono represents yet another millionaire doing very well at the expense of ordinary people.
10
Please try that on Putin, it will be interesting to see how he disposes of you.
10
Echos of the Prague spring. Wonder when the Russian tanks will roll in?
10
You bet we did, three times.
10
He should be encouraged to smoke as much as he likes, given the proven health benefits of cigarette smoking.
10
It says something about EU arrogance that it should even be contemplated that the EU should have supervision over the independent sovereign UK. The EU collective is increasingly behaving like the Borg monsters from sci-fi star trek. Their mantra is very similar: "We are the EU. Lower your tariffs and surrender your fishing boats. You will be assimilated. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile"
10
It might help if the EU outlaw the killing of migrating birds in Spain and Portugal. The big agrochemical companies have played their part. In my youth there were clouds of butterflies, now you might see one or two over the length of the English summer.
10
So how close is the UK to a military coup d'etat?
10
The UK government has no mandate from the UK people to withdraw it's article 50 application. Any suggestion from the EU that the UK government should ignore the referendum result would be deeply damaging to the EU's democratic credentials. It would make a mockery of the EU parliamentary elections as the EU would be seen as a completely undemocratic organisation. It would be equivalent to demanding that the UK turn into a dictatorship.
10
The EU should think very carefully if they want a Eurosceptic UK to return to the EU as a full member. Just imagine how disruptive and destructive the UK could be as a full member.
10
Boris is simply stating the obvious. He has the right of freedom of speech to make such geometrical comparisons. I think they look like cartoon ghost or Darleks, the way the seem to glide without legs across the high street. This is not islamophobia it is just noting obvious similarities. Why should this particular group be immune from comments about their public attire?
10
So he proves himself a statesman by doing what the EU wants. Wrong, he proves himself a statesman by getting the EU to do what his country needs it to do. The EU cannot be trusted, it will betray Ukraine if it is expedient to do so.
10
A second referendum will open the flood gates to a never ending stream of referendums on the same subject. Why stop at two, how about the best out of three or five. There can be no question of holding a referendum that reverses the first and then banning any further brexit votes.
10
If article 7 is triggered, it will serve the EU right if Hungary decides to withhold its contributions to the EU budget.
10
Are they going to publish the Trump oligarch list? Those close to the president who are filling their pockets from the exploitation of the US environment and the average US citizen. There seem to be a rule about paying the republican party millions of dollars to get billions back. There are clearly huge similarities between Putin's Russia and Trump's America, both are apparently corrupt.
10
It is very impressive that it has been possible to map the fly brain, associating functions to areas of the brain. Our existing knowledge of AI and artificial neural networks must be missing a trick, as we cannot even emulate this level of complexity, and certainly not in the power and size constraints. When AI can match the power of even a flies brain, robots will become far closer to their science fiction counterparts. Image a drone with a flies sensor network and brain capacity.
10
If they reject the deal they will be doing the UK a favour, shame that their rejection is completely irrelevant.
10
"Infamy infamy, they've all got it in for me". Poor little dictator.

Elections are the only things that really frighten the political elite, it is the only way to remove them from power. Macron is doing what the EU wants. He is a globalist who is serving the interests of the super rich global elite. It is what the EU was designed to do. While the yellow vest protests make the feeling of the population visible, they really do not represent much of a threat to the elite. The trick is to use the political system to throw a spanner in their plans and cost them as much money as possible, it is the only thing they care about.
