  2. Hydrogen cannot be liquefied by pressure alone at normal ambient temperatures, it requires very low cryogenic temperatures. A solution that stores hydrogen in a carrier fluid, like a fizzy drink, requires the data to show its efficiency. So far such carrier solutions have been too inefficient. Though there is a precedent in the storage of inherently explosive acetylene, safely in a solution of acetone.
