  5. Facts Matter fool, I know that.it does not stop me wishing that this nonsense did not appear on the TV. It is rubbish, the lyrics of a Eurovision song usually contain lot of bing , bangs and bongs with a few la la la la thrown in, plus some clcks and pips thrown in. In fact the more it resembles nonsence, the greater the chance of winning. Performers are required to be clothed in 70s glam rock glitter and maybe face paint. Yuck. The music, and I use the word loosely, always sounds the same. Over the years there have been a few notable exceptions, but mostly it is banal rubbish. The fact that Israel is not in the EU is one misfortune they have wisely avoided.
