The message for the EU is that the UK population now believe we are leaving with or without a deal on the 31st of October, time for the EU accepts the same.

@boereherp8705 wrong, the previous adminstration asked for an extension of article 50. A significant proportion of the UK population did not want an extension, they just want to leave.

@boereherp8705 what part of the previous administration did you not understand. Did you not notice that the UK has changed its PM from a europhile to a Eurosceptic, with and associated change in government ministers. Unless there has been a development in the last few hours, the current administration intends to leave, deal or no deal, on the 31st of October. You are making the same error as the EU, assuming the views of the UK public are those of a finely balanced minority in the houses of parliament.
