@momissimo4087 you do not need to tell anyone that Euronews is a French channel. That is clear from the EU propaganda that it generates. I hope there is a united Ireland, it would give the rest of the UK a much needed £20 billion windfall and put the political and financial liability that NI with the RoI and the EU. The EU is monstrous parasite, that we in the UK want to escape. It has had forty years to entangle itself into UK life, that s the reason why it will be painful to remove, but remove it we must.

@momissimo4087 don't you mean the the majority of Scots did not want to leave, a significant number did. The important point is that the majority of UK people wanted to leave, including those in Scotland.

@momissimo4087 I suggest you look up the definition of democracy as you clearly do not understand it. What it is not is the will of the minority overriding the will of the majority. If you do not like the result, hold a second referendum and see if opinion has changed, but be warned that this opens the door for a third referendum to see if opinion has changed again. In any case, you may be disappointed by the result you get in a second referendum.

@momissimo4087 there was an intensive campaign by the government to tell the public exactly what the consequences of voting out would be. We did know exactly what we were voting for. We still voted for leave and freedom from the EU.

@momissimo4087 are you that dense that you do not understand how democracy works. The referendum was based on one vote per person in the UK, with every vote having equal value. I could ask is Scotland oppressing the rights of those in Scotland who voted to leave the EU, about 38 percent of those who voted in the referendum in Scotland?
