It would be interesting to know what goods are being stopped. One must wonder if these are needed for support of the Russian war effort.

@lithuanianavgeek1612 metal and coal are both potentially useful as war materials. I thought food was exempt, but given Russian embargo on grain shipments from Ukraine, I am not surprised this is included.

@f9658 Lithuania is a NATO member, so any attack on it will trigger a nato reaction. When did Putin expect, only sanctions that did not affect Russian operations. Glad you made the comparison with Hitler, Putin has been using his play book throughout his war in Ukraine. It is why his forces are guilty of war crimes and have lost the respect of the whole world.
