The Irish respect the vote of the British people to leave, shame that UK MPs do not. Having said that, the Irish respect only extends to the wish to leave, in practice they want the UK trapped in the EU.

@J3r0n1m0j0 I assume you are referring to NI. It can't have its cake and eat it, can't be in the UK and the EU if the UK is leaving the EU.

@J3r0n1m0j0 seems to me the pIRA have already broken their part in GTA and any violence provides justification for a border rather than a reason not to have one. They would be better served by persuading the NI population to vote for reunification. Something that has been shown to be impossible using the end of a gun. There is the little matter of the Republic of Ireland and the EU not being to keen on such an arrangement, given the political and financial cost. Personally I would be happy for them to try, as the UK would certainly benefit from not having to spend £9.2 billion each year supporting NI.

@J3r0n1m0j0 yes please, the only problem is that NI will not vote for it and the EU and RoI do not really want it. The chances of such a move go down with every act of violence by the pIRA. History has shown that bombs are counter productive.
