  6. José Dourado typical EU double speak. We paid for one fifth of the system you owe the uk. Fortunately one of the reference bases is on the Falkland Isles. So the EU will need to duplicate this to make the system work. Since the UK was involved in the development, no doubt our engineers know how to disable the system if necessary.

  7. Patrick Bateman we did not give it away willingly, it comes as a package in gaining UK independence from the EU parasite. A price worth paying, particularly if we deduct the cost from the divorce bill or simply decide not to pay it, if no deal is agreed. The Galileo system has inherent technical faults built into the satellites which have defective Swiss made clocks. If the UK is forced to design its own system, it will have the opportunity to avoid these problems by learning from Galileo's mistakes.
