  2.  @DaleHartley  Putin's Russia will be in a very difficult position come the spring, if the West has stayed firm over the winter months. The Ukrainian military can make it very difficult for the Russian forces to the south of the country, if they attack the supply lines from Russia into Ukraine. It is a large front, and Russia cannot protect all of it from attack. The G7 has imposed a cap on Russia oil prices of $65 a barrel, I for one will be campaigning for this cap to be steadily reduced over the next few months, with a target of cutting it in half. It certainly needs to match the lowest price Russian oil is being sold to India and China. There should be no margin for a profit to be made from resale.
