So yet another multimillionaire is supporting remain, does that not say all you need to know about who will benefit from remaining in the EU. Remain is not an option, the UK simply cannot afford it, as the UK has an 80 billion annual trade deficit with the eu. Even on the old terms with all the rebates intact the UK cannot afford to stay, not that they will be on offer if a second referendum did vote to remain. The EU is unlikely to welcome the UK back as some member states would veto such a move. A truculent UK would certainly get in the way of French imperial ambitions of leading a federal EU and its army. A second referendum remain vote would not be the end of the matter, dissatisfaction with the EU is growing across Europe. A remain vote is unlikely to be valid for long as the Eurocrats tighten their grip on control and the EU drifts into becoming more of a dictatorship.
