@command_unit7792 now there is a frighting thought, Russia and the Chinese signing a NATO like agreement. This is particularly worrying as China has already shown its aggressive expansionist policies. China is also a country that has no respect for the global natural environment. Killing to extinction whatever they want. It was once said the if it moves the Chinese will eat it and of it doesn't move they will still eat it. Global warming is going to make 21st century wars about resources. While Russia has said that these war games are defensive, that could be interpreted as protecting the natural resources to which they have played claim. Russia is already making claims to the arctic sea bed and China is making claims to ever increasing areas of the contested seas around China. There is also the little matter of a potential confrontation between the EU and Russia. Increasingly likely as the EU fledgling super state forms its own military.

@rebeccamcdaid3785 Mr Putin is being very nobel to provide training to a competitor and potential enemy. Maybe he is making the same mistake as Starlin.
