I am sorry that your scientific education does not extend to basic biology. The EU exhibits herd mentality as the huddle together for safety against the economic predators that surround them. This is comparable to a flock of sheep who can be manipulated by a sheepdog. Boris seems to be aware of this in his negotiations with the EU.
