  2.  @astralxing988  given the very poor grammar in your post, this is a case of the pot calling the kettle black. To answer your gobbled question: the UK has the right to trigger article 50 and leave the EU. Note the word RIGHT. It is interesting that no one has answered my question or even addressed it. One must assume that the EU is in denial that the UK may leave without a deal, but at the moment this is very likely as it is the default position. The UK parliament has come up with a well defined proposal that has the support of a majority in parliament; that is the brexit agreement minus the Irish backstop. It is not a UK problem that the EU is not willing to address the backstop issue. It will be forced to address the problem if the UK leaves without a deal, so it might as well address it now.
