  1. The moment for triggering the no confidence vote in Mrs May is a strategic decision. If triggered at he right moment it will stop Mrs May signing the exit agreement and might delay the agreement beyond the leave date. Spain is unlikely to attempt to block the exit deal, as he deal give the EU all it demanded. The Gibraltar comment was intended to signal its future demands once the UK has left the EU. At that point all the EU 27 are obligated to support Spain's territorial demands. There is absolutely no reason why EU migrants to the UK should be treated any differently to other migrants after Brexit. It is ironic that one of the insults leveled against those in favour of brexit is that they are xenophobic racist, when in fact they want to treat all migrants, from no matter where, equally.
