  1. May is at serious risk of being replaced with a hard line eurosceptic as this is the only way to move forward. There is no chance of a second referendum because of the precedence it would set, allowing further referendums to reverse the result of the second etc. There is little chance of a general election because conservative policy regarding local issues ensures that the conservatives will lose. The EU should not hope for a general election to elect a party that will reverse brexit. A labour government will not reverse brexit, because the EU is opposed to labours policies of the renationalisation of UK public utilities, most likely without reparation to investors.
