Let me guess, remove article 50 from EU law. Close the stable door after one of the horses have bolted. The UK wanted to be a member of a common market not an undemocratic federal EU super state. The UK did not leave the EU, the UK changed the terms and condition on which we joined and therefore left the UK.

@buzzhawk the EU is about as democratic as the Chinese parliament. The brexit chaos currently seen in he UK parliament is because the views of the governing elite are at odds with the will of the people. They want to be undemocratic but can't because they need to preserve the illusion of democracy.

That is a pointless insult without any evidence. It is also irrelevant. Shame on you.

@buzzhawk without a second referendum, you have no proof.

@chi-wailam5043 I am happy to have a second referendum if it opens the door to a third. It cannot be a once in a life time decision only if you get the result you want. I know that leaving the EU is going to be very painful for the UK, it would have been less so had the EU parasitic infections had been treated earlier. What all remainers fail to understand is that the UK cannot afford to remain inside the EU, if it does it will be subsumed as it's debt spirals out of control. The status quo is not an option, hence the need for a third referendum. ( By that time the pain will be even greater, if the UK fails to prepare for it in advance). The UK must leave to have the freedom and the necessity to rebalance it's economy towards profit. The future of the EU is bleak, because like all empires t must fall, the longer it lasts the more violent its end will be. I want the UK watching this, rather than being part of it.
