Given the clock class in the existing satellites in orbit, users should not count on the reliability of this system. Some of the satellites have already used up the redundancy in the atomic clock system due to failures of the electronics resulting from a design flaw. Until the entire constellation has been replaced with fault free satellites, the system reliability will remain in question. Brexit is likely to deny the system of the ground stations located on UK territory, such as the Falkland Isles. This will further degrade the systems performance.
