  1. Putin loves Ukraine so much as a traditional Russian land, that he is willing to completely destroy it. The Ukrainian people have shown incredibly courage in standing up to Putin's military forces. This highlighting the cowardly actions of Putin. Even if Russia manages to over run the Ukraine, continued resistance in asymmetrical warfare will take a heavy toll on Russian forces. The resistance put up by the Ukrainian people so far, make clear the the lie that Putin is telling that the Ukrainians are oppressed by their government. The Russian soldiers are not being greeted with garlands flowers, but bullets and petrol bombs.

  2.  @-Zardoz-  as I recall this was a vote organised ( fixed) by Russia. The Russians refused to allow external observers. So exactly is the value of this vote.
