  1. It is said that if you want to hide a leaf the best place to put it is in a forest. Governments and multinationals must be glad that the forest of conspiracy theories, provide such a wonderful place to hide their real conspiracies. How better to hide real news but amongst the fakes. By devaluing the veracity of real news, the conspiracy theorists allow the rich and powerful to perpetrate crime that will never be brought to justice, because the evidence is beyond belief. Now for my conspiracy theory, if you are one of the elite, with money and power, it is better to commit crimes that are so outrageous that are beyond belief, that way you can hide behind the thick smoke screen of fake news. (the conspiracy) I suspect that is how the current US administration is hoodwinking the US electorate and why so many still support the current president. They just cannot believe the level of political corruption can exist, it must be fake news.
