This is nothing that has not been published time and time again over the past three years. It comes to late to make any difference. Whoever leaked it should have saved it for a possible election campaign, though to overturn Brexit will still require a second referendum. None of the parties have any idea what to do as an alternative to the existing rejected Brexit deal. The Libdem's seem to think that just electing them is sufficient to justify revoking article 50, but a general election lacks the democratic credentials of a referendum, which is a single issue vote, where every vote counts. A second referendum set the precedence for a third or fourth. The issue will never be over.
