@mamamalamut9478 no he is not, or he would not be asking Putin for help. In order for the Russians to invade, either the protests must turn violent or there must be a general strike that puts the economy at risk. The former is so much easier for Putin to organise. The latest Modus operandi is to send in agents to ferment violence or actually cause it. Then after a suitable delay, russian soldiers appear in force. I think Putin will be reluctant to send in tanks, as it will jog too many western memories.
