  1. She and the EU are lying. The best deal that Mrs May can produce turns the UK into a vassal state of the EU. It seems to me that the EU is perfectly capable of offering a better deal when it wishes. The JEFTA agreement between the EU and Japan respects Japan's sovereignty, make no mention of the four freedoms, provides tariff free trade in goods and services and common regulations are negotiated between equals without the subordination of Japan to the ECJ. Why are we even considering May's slavery proposal.
