This is beginning to sound like the Nazi claims for Germans living in the sudetenland before WWII. It is making EU nationals living in the UK into victims. There is little mention of UK nationals living in the EU who are going to be reduced to second class citizens with restrictions placed on their movements within the EU. EU nationals migrating to the UK are going to be treated in the same way as all other migrants to the UK. Just as they would to any other non EU country. There is no reason to treat them preferentially post brexit.
