@FrankLlesha313 iris a plutocracy in the same way the US, Russia and EU are run by elites. The only difference is the way the lites protect their position. At a guess, most of the world's wealth is concentrated in the hands of those who control these organisations. The EU is still a fledgling member of this group, it still clings to the illusion of democracy, but that will fade over time. The US has a sham democracy where the power and wealth never really changes hands.
