Why is this news report being repeated so many times? Member states will be considering these rules and re-evaluating the cost benefit analysis of EU membership. All member states should be concerned what constitutes EU law. While the basic laws are easy to understand, there is scope for the definition of the law to be expanded to further a political agenda. One can only guess what such expansion might be, but it might be to further the federalist project.

"you no longer a member", don't you mean "you are no longer a member" or would you like to just add a caveman like grunt to the end of your post? Thankfully the UK is no longer a member, but that should not disbar comments made about the EU's organisation, after all the EU is happy to interfere in the affairs of other sovereign independent countries.

@bca-biciclindcuaxel7527 and which non entity are you from? If it's somewhere in the EU, than it does not really matter as you gave up your sovereignty to the Eurocrats when you joined.

@bca-biciclindcuaxel7527 European, so you have already suborned your nationality to the EU. Like the curate's egg, the EU can be considered as being "good" in parts, am I to assume that you originate from one of the much less good parts, and therefore are too embarrassed to mention your origin.
