@Roselynne1016 I am not one of those who think vaccines are bad and vaccination is part of some government conspiracy. But I do know the risks involved if a vaccine formulation is bad. It is a concern that that, particularly in the US, vaccine development is driven by the search for profit, and not for more altruistic reasons. The urgency to develop a vaccine, so the world can return to normal is understandable and some corners may be cut in the process. What bothers me is the thought corners might be cut to maximise profit. For that reason, I will not be first in line for inoculation by be first vaccine that passes the finish line.

Not sure it is a good idea to be first in line for a vaccine that has been developed in a hurry. Might be worth waiting a little to see if it is safe and effective. In this case Covid-19 vaccines maybe like busses, you wait for ages for one and then three turn up all at once.
