  1. While the EU takes in the migrants the people smugglers will continue to ship them into Europe. The EU must repatriation all those who come to Europe illegally. They must also do all they can to inform potential migrants that forced repatriation is now EU policy.

  2.  Jan Schlossar  why are the NGOs allowed to complete the migrants journey. The NGO ships should be returning those they pick out of the water to their point of origin. Then apply the rulesyou suggest to NGO ships that fail to do so.
