  1. Nice idea, but it might be more useful to address electronic waste and the built obsolescence that is included in all computer based products and many consumer electronics. This would save many western economies a huge amount of money and reduce a mountain of electronic waste, of which most is made of fully working products that have been artificially made obsolete by software changes or the uses of sealed for life batteries.
