  2.  @vasilisaborntobe5971  something is responsible for Putin's character flaws, one could speculate that repressed sexual feeling are responsible for his aggressive delusions, and inferiority and persecution complex. He is clearly a sick individual who puts his needs above the murder of an estimated 100,000 people. I supposed the KGB recognised his psychopathic nature, and cultivated it. It is not surprising when he runs a whole country like a mafia don, that his character should echo the perversions of other such criminal.
