  1. Gove has in the past shown he lacks principles, stabbing Boris Johnson in the back, when he thought it was to his advantage. In his defence, what is the point of all the brexiteers leaving the cabinet to the remain side. In his current position, Gove has been doing a very good job protecting the UK environment and wildlife ( though I wish he would stop the badger cull). The problem is that princple of collective responsibility forces minsters, doing a good job in an unrelated department, to resign over a government policy over which they have no influence and yet with which they disagree.
