  5. Like the Chinese, the EU does not like to lose face, in fact it cannot afford too. Does no matter how bad the disagreement and how little money is produced for the fund, the Euro crates will spin the result to look positive and be a model demonstration of unity. It will be interesting to see if the markets believe the spin and if the donor nations tax payers believe the EU myth, that what is good for one member state is good for all.

  6. If the comment that follow your is true, it is China who will own the EU. Ironic really, as it is the same strategy the EU used to own Greek assets. If the length of the meeting in Brussels is a measure of EU unity, the EU empire is not so much unfolding as disintegrating.
