Comments by "Nigel Johnson" (@nigeljohnson9820) on "Russian blogger killed in an explosion at a cafe in St. Petersburg" video.
This is a very poorly targeted assassination, with lots of collateral damage, it sounds like an internal Russian state security job, the only question is why.

@alexsilent5603 not really. It is obvious that the Russian government has many internal factions with different agenda. In the gas of the gas pipeline, there were those who wanted to make money from the pipeline, and those who would forgo the income in an effort to cripple the western energy supply. Blowing up the pipeline settled the matter. In this case, admitting a successful Ukrainian bomb attack on Russian soil would be an embarrassment, as would admitting that there are Russians acting against the war. The first shows a failure of Russian security, the second shows that Russia is not united behind Putin. So it is not unreasonable to think that the bombing was intended to send a message, If you disagree, then you are admitting one of the other two options. If you are in Russia, you might want to think about your answer before posting.

WarCrimeUkraine I see you are following the expected narrative of Russia following its rotation into the chair of the united nations security council. An expected distraction away from Russia aggression towards Ukraine. It will take ages to address each of these in turn, but that is the point. Really it is only necessary to deal with one or two to justify the action of NATO, though oh really mean the US. Looking at Korea, or more specifically North Korea, It is clear that given the current lamentable condition of that state, NATO intervention was justified or the whole country would be ruled by a murderous dictator. South Korea, had a lucky escape. Let's look at the last in your list, Syria, yet another example of Russia supporting a murderous dictator who gassed and barrel bombed his own people to stay in power. Destroying much of his own country in the process.

@Andrei01001 if in doubt blame Russia, and 99% of the time you will be correct.

@prunabluepepper true, but a bomb might help with local propaganda. Putin needs all the help he can get in retaining the people's support for the war. He maybe killing two birds with one stone, if his one time supporter had become a critic.

@Andrei01001 the entire Russian population is brainwashed. They will believe whatever the Kremlin tells them to believe. War! what war? it's a special operation. Bomb! what bomb? it was a gas explosion.

@Andrei01001 no, it's too crowded with deluded Russians, with Putin being the most deluded. He still thinks he is building a new Russian empire, where in fact he is helping to build the new Chinese empire. Russia is a vassal state of China.

@isqwerblya it depends on the guest profile. Why they were there. Maybe this was a message to the Wagner group. It has been pointed out that the women who delivered the statue, which allegedly contained the bomb, stayed in the building, in close proximity to the statue, unless she was a suicide bomber, it is strange behaviour for someone who was away of the danger. Anti war protectors generally do not use bombs to further their campaign. This has all the markings of a state answered operation. I don't think the Ukrainian security service would waste time on killing a blogger with no real power. It would be pointless. The energy would be far better spent in eliminating a kremlin politician or member of the military staff.
