This is a recipe for turning a disaster into a catastrophe. It is certainly guaranteed to foster resentment in the host nation population, resulting in potential conflict with the migrants. The only beneficiaries of this migration will be the people traffickers, who will continue to make a profit. Even if the migrants survive the virus, they will be entering the EU in the midst of a global depression, when unemployment will be high and financial resources limited. Bring these people to the EU is irresponsible and will just increase the chances that the EU will break up, possible with violence.
