After seeing what was done to Jacob Chansley, it is quite believable that there is evidence that we have not seen for further corrupt actions in the justice department, etc.

This lesson was taught long long ago. You can't just "get rid of the bad people" and then be left with a good society. The flood in the Bible, whether you believe it happened or not, showed that even after killing off all those evil people, the ones who survived and multiplied afterwards were just as bad.

@2FadeMusic I've found that funny as well. Yet, for irony, I note that a communist is decrying the use of force as though it is a bad thing. Socialism/communism is based on force.

That's why I think he was wrong when he said that the black communities were attacked because the southern soldiers took their guns home with them. It was more that the people who were targeted were unarmed and could not defend themselves.

Is he really that intelligent? I tried reading his book "The End of Faith", and it was so boring and poorly argued that I gave up after about half way. Here he seems not to understand that the trust has been lost by many years of putting out lies, and then when the lies are exposed they don't own up to it.

I think the guest made an excellent point in this regard. When he spoke about how Marx left little in ideas on how to run the society after taking over, and it led to a lot of confusion and different interpretations. This has been my experience in trying to understand not only the history, but the contemporary views today. When the question of how it works is put today, there is still a lot of wandering explanations and impenetrable jargon, which was a feature back in the 1920s and 30s (Per Whittaker Chambers, for example).

A softball interview that allows them to sound reasonable? If their position is not reasonable, then no amount of preparation will allow them to make it so. I wouldn't have a problem with giving them the questions in advance. An ambush interview is not a good look for your own side. That is the sort of tactic that is used by someone who is not able to defend their own position, and the position opposing the KKK is ought to be easy enough to put together.

@rudysalas2329 I don't think everyone knows.

Both of these guys are too young to have ever known President Reagan? If we want to speak of "unifying," then he is the most natural place to look for an example. Obama is better than Biden, I'll give him that.

@sleazypolar 1984 he won every state except Minnesota.

When I saw the list I was impressed at how many interesting titles there were. I have read many of them, and then I was amazed at how much reading you were going to accomplish in the time allotted. I could never read the longer titles in a week. Many of these books are worth reading more than once. It reminds me that I should do just that.

Trum Derangement Syndrome affects people who obsessively hate and blame Trump. Biden Derangement Syndrome affects Joe Biden himself.

Three long time friends sit down to talk. I agree we could use more of this. They are a great combination.

"I have a death warrant signed by Beria." I remember stories of people who had checks from Ronald Reagan, and they wouldn't cash them because they wanted to save the check with his signature on it.

"Self executing" is non existent in the 14th amendment. That was made up in Colorado.

Right. We knew from the start that this was not a vaccine by definition, as historical vaccines have been created.

The loss of trust in the institutions is because of the Joe guy you supported, not because of Trump. Trump is the one who exposed the corruption.

Is there even one instance of a Muslim in Gaza fighting to free an Israeli hostage? Is there an outcry from any Muslims against the attacks on 7th October past?

Frederick Hayek's "Road to Serfdom" has a chapter titled "Why the Worst Get on Top."

In "The Road to Serfdom," there is a chapter on why the worst always come to the top.
