  1. I arrived on a fatal accident once. It was not pleasant and nothing could be done. Even so, it really stays in mind for a long time, as you have described. You did really well getting photos and video evidence. That is definitely going to be a help. My thought is that this pilot was probably already deceased by the time you were on the scene. Besides police reports on the scene, I made a diary entry to record all the details, and that helps a little. Stay safe!

  4. I had the larger scale version when I was young (1969 Christmas present, I think). It had better detailing and was over 3 feet tall. I've looked lately, and it has been available for several hundred dollars from Revell Germany. After seeing those 2nd stage engines on this one you have built, I'm definitely not going to get it.
