@JosephsCoat Do you know that Ukraine was once the 3rd largest nuclear power on Earth and then Ukraine became the only country ever to give up those weapons? Have you heard about Budapest memorandum? Ukraine agreed to transfer their nuclear weapons to Russia for dismantlement and became a party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, in exchange for assurances from Russia, the United States and United Kingdom to respect and protect the Ukrainian independence and sovereignty.
