As am American business man with a long history of dealing with china india and Africa, Americans are among the most ignorant people in the world.western companies dominated the chinese market for 40 years making trillions of dollars. The expectation was china was going to stay poor.We were going to change their political and economic system and make them into our American image. They were going to be like Japan and south Korea. Basically vassals of the American empire. we ignored the fact that china is a 5000 year old civilization with a rich history. All of the hostilities from the u.s started when china became successful and is out competeting American companies. China also became a global player and the world largest trading partner. Most Americans are under the impression that we can make india into china. THIS IS INSANE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN TO INDIA. china has the technical skills, advanced manufacturing, logistics and the worlds most sufisisticated supply chain including raw material sourcing that took 40 years to perfect. There are around 280 American companies currently doing business in China. For some American companies, china is their largest market. OUR POLITICIANS ARE NOT INTRESTED IN SOLVING OUR PROBLEMS, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SOME ONE TO BLAME FOR OUR PROBLEMS. starting trade wars with a nation 4x our size and the worlds largest economy by purchasing parety is economic insanity and the only victims are going to be American companies because they will be replaced in the chinese market. Chinese brands have gone global and are dominating global market shear.
