AS an American business man i know this will be hell for the American consumers but i think this will be a great lesson and education for Americans who have enjoyed the benefits if globalization. . Wall markt closures, no consumers goods from china. No pharmaceuticals,no car parts and many other consumers goods Americans are used to. We do not have the industrial base access and supply chain nore sourcing raw materials. There will be a loss of 30% of all chinese made consumers goods and will lead to inflation. This will decrease our standard of living and loss of jobs. The chinese savings is around 18 trillion and 1 trillion from trade surplus. This will be a catastrophe for us Americans but china will be fine without us.
