  1. I think EV hype has peaked, as many more people experience this kind of inconvinience. Not to mention trying to charge outside in Canadian winter. After a few hours, or worse overnight, charge plug gets frozen shut to the car, unable to unplug. There is no heat source nearby you can't even attempt to thaw it either. It is complete rubbish.

  2. The mall / store owners have no incentive to maintain the chargers. Government should come up with a standard for this.
